Fair enough, didn’t know any of that about the springs. Driveshaft and carrier bearing is new, so I’m hopeful that a new set of leafs will take care of it. Having them heat treated is out of the question due to this being my daily driver.
First pic is just having come to a stop. Second is after getting underway again. Note the difference in position of the first overload relative to the main part of the pack.

Doesn't feel particularly good driving it. I was hoping it was something simple like a broken centering pin. Nope. Not sure how I wrecked a set of Dakars in two years...

Some times an AAL can help and some times treat it like a the link set up. In testing it like a three link throw in a top link with heim joints and make it adjustable. Make sure it's adjustable or it can screw ya as bad.

Might be worth getting a traction bar. It’ll keep the axle from rotating forward and backwards. Probably contributed to the spring fatigue.

I heard mixed results from traction bars on off road trucks at least the ones offered for tacos. the budbuilt one attaches to some not too thick bolts on the rear case. better option is welded to the axle. I also think you really need two so you don't get and side wrap from having one side stiffer than other. I really thought about one but decided against it. Been thinking about one piece driveshaft though...

Have you tried running a health check on it from a smart charger? My NOCO charger has a chek and a repair mode that can help desulfonate battery. It's possible it is toast from getting run so low multiple times. AGM batteries are more tolerant of that than lead-acid.
