Looking to possibly install some Spidertrax spacers on the Tacoma. The SCS RAY10’s wheels bring the tire ever so slightly out of the fender well and I want a more aggressive stance. I am running 275/70/17 so the closest tire size would be preferable.

Thanks to anyone that can help.

then buy the backspace and offset you like. The F5's have a 3.5"bs/-38mm offset, they really stick out...alot.

Right, because forking out $800+ is pretty attainable for most people.

You didn't say you wanted a cheap solution in your post man. You also need to know you will probably rub by increasing stance.

also you mentioned ray10's. ray10's have the same options and the f5's. Thats why I mentioned the options. Not only that but if your going to do it, do it right.

I'm pretty sure that was a smartass remark, so if you don't like the answer, don't ask the question. Yea, 800.00 is attainable after you spent 40k+ on a truck.

1.25 inch spacers, looks so much better than without but rubs like a mofo and required a decent amount of trimming

All I asked was shout spacers. I didn’t inquire about wheels, I’d i wanted to know about them I would’ve asked. Interesting right? It wasn’t a smart ass remark, rather a smart responsible answer. I prefer to explore my options before I fork out money. I didn’t ask for your opinion, so next time you answer a question, do it right:facepalm:

Looks nice! That’s the stance I’m looking for. Trimming won’t be an issue. Nice 2nd gen dude, love it when they’re stabbed out like that.

yea, a bit. Gave him the proper way to do it....he wants to run spacers when he could just simply get the proper backspace and offset, then so be it. He did after all imply that he would be running em with Ray10's.

    No need to be toxic.

Thanks man I absolutely love how it looks! I'd like it more if it was a long travel set up and I didn't have to achieve that stance with spacers but that day will come! Biggest thing was doing a cab mount chop and grinding back the pinch weld in the wheel well

    No, just logical:)
I don’t see justification nor logic in spending more money when I don’t have to. People on here always assume others will be crossing oceans and mud. I appreciate the feedback, but wasn’t what I was looking for. Won’t take too much of your time, I assume you have other people to show how to “do it the right way”.

2nd gens like yours with the long travel set up make me second guess selling my truck and going that route. Plus the endless custom headlights are killer on 2nd gens.

I've seen some badass 3rd gens I mostly bought a 2015 over a 16 because I knew it had a great reputation for reliability... The more you mods the more you'll fall in love with it haha that how it seems for me

I'm so lost. Didn't you spend $800 on the Ray10s?
