    Great.
The weather here is just hanging on. Little teasers and back to winter.
I has to stop... I hope. Lol

To quote a Facebook meme I saw the other day: I can't wait for Summer to arrive this year. I hope it falls on a weekend!

Snow forecast again, this time of year does not stick. Stick very good. Transplanted new strawberry plants yesterday, they arrived when I had snow on the ground, so out of 25 plants, only could plant 11 as the others were dead or rotten. They always ship too early. Have to put up my higher fencing around the garden today, then I can get with planting more veggies when the moon is right.

Kinda reminds me of weather in Augsburg Germany. We had 4 days of 70 degree weather one year-and that was considered a heat wave!

No problem with you dropping in. Always like to have the young folk checking up on us old folk, although reading some of the health issues the guys over in the 50 thread are having, I feel damn good. 2 1/2 months and it's the big 70 for me. standing up.jpg

    Afternoon all:

One day it was 86 degrees in Glasgow Scotland, which was a 10 year high, people were passing out on the streets from the heat!

At one time if I washed a vehicle it would rain, that has since changed to if I even think about washing a vehicle it will rain !!

:woot: :yay: We all got our limits of trout out of the river and I'm still here to talk about it. Tough fishing and no really nice ones, but for the three of us to limit out is always a good first day. Actually I had 8, Nicole had 7, and Jim had 6, but we released some of the smaller fish. Jim also had a bunch of light hits where they didn't get hooked.
Getting crowded though, we saw 2 other fishermen in the 2.8 mi stretch we fish, the one guy had 1 fish!

OH; and Nicole had her limit before Jim, and she also had the bigger fish---SHE LIKES THAT and can :boink:him for the year, good for her!

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous here! I worked on my '96 BMW Z3 a bit getting it ready for our annual trek to the mountain roads of NC - gotta keep the seals on the convertible top supple to keep the rain out. Then I built a new target stand and spent some time sighting in a new rifle here on our property.

    Today, windy and chilly.

:woot::woot:on getting your limits of trout Carl.

Mother nature has really been fickle this year Mark. I'll take the wind and chilly as long as we don't get the snow that they got in the upper mid west.

Look what I found in our front yard yesterday.

Guess the road was a bit slick Friday night, eh?

Currently have 6-9 inches of snow coming down with 50 mph winds.

Had a great day on Friday cause l got two new hearing aids! It doesn't take much to get me excited.l had one for a couple years but having two is awesome.l can hear the grass crunch now :)
These new aids work off each other.l can stream music and phone calls too.And able to blue tooth the tv.
