@Tacoma Mike I feel your pain ;( paying for yesterday this am , still have a camper to clean inside and shopping among other odds and ends . And yep weather went to shit again cloudy high 40s and breezy ... Sigh .

I almost did pasta and seafood last night but I need to cut back on the carbs and I had already started on a big pot of beans cooking for tonight/the week/half in the freezer. But I'll probably figure out something for seafood for midweek. I think I'll pull ribs out of the freezer for the weekend.

 

Anyone eat eggs? Mostly east coast. There's a list of states

Sorry about the back @Tacoma Mike , now I feel bad when I take my truck in to rotate tires.

I was never a fan of the station wagon looking nomads, I do like the panel vans

 

The eggs I ate this morning got pooped out the day before yesterday so I think I’m good.

 

Need to pick up some more meds today. And just so happens scallops are on sale.
I think a pound might be in my truck on the way home

 

One of the bad things about desert life is not much fresh seafood...but I'm glad not many stores try it. That would be a (smelly) disaster.

I've always liked the early Suburbans.

 

Some of those Texas chickens have a bad rep....drinking, gambling and coops of ill repute. Of course most come to meetin' come Sunday morning.

All done with chores, in freezer and everything cleaned up.



Weatherman says the snow sleet should let up a bit later this afterrnoon. If wind dies down I will get snowblower out.

 

I hear ya...hopefully today doesn't turn into a disaster. I waited till 0830 to knock on the neighbor's door, 3 of 4 cars there, no answer at the door. I'm hoping thing's go right when they do decide to get home/answer the door.

 

Maybe they last night?
