    I had been rethinking my tire choice as I was concerned 265 might look too small. Your truck is perfect, 265 will be perfect. Well done.

    I believe you mean 265/75/16 for your tire size.
    Are you getting any rubbing on your mud flap when turning?

    Correct 265 and No rubbing at all

    3/4” difference
    Center or hub to bottom of fender
    Front - 22-1/2”
    Rear - 23-1/4”

    Thanks man, I like the look of them i wanted to go with 285’s but this tire size in this brand is still lightweight and doesn’t affect the mpg or loss in power.

    So after a more miles post kit install and alignment, I’m feeling a slight vibration only upon accelerating from a complete stop from 0mph to 10mph then it goes away... any insight on this.
    Do I need to install a carrier bearing shim kit?

    Also, my rear axle had 1/8” to nothing wedge shims under the leaf springs I left those in place not sure if I should have taken them out as it might change the angle on the driveline for better or worse.

    It’s your needle bearing on the driver side axle. Just take it to the dealership and have them change it per the TSB or buy and install the ECGS bearing yourself.

    i have both vibration issues the needle baring is more if a buzz i can only feel it only in the floorboard with my left foot and it got a pretty defined rhythm that goes away in 4Hi! i haven't decided yet weather to just eat the cost and install ECGS bushing or go haggle with the dealer "Im starting to feel bad since every time i go in there i have an issue".
    the other one is a slight vibration i can feel it in the steering wheel from 20 mph to 24 mph! i tried the bearing drop kit by old man emu but that did not fix it!

    So I had the exact same issue. Feels like rumble stips under my left foot every 3 seconds (50Km/H to 85 Km/H). The dealer replaced my bearing last week under warranty, and the bearing failed almost immediately again. Its slightly better than before, but failed within the first 30KM after replacement.

    Next up, ECGS.

    I'm also going to install the OME Carrier Bearing Drop as I get some different vibrations when braking.

    Did you guys have the axle shim from the factory prior to doing to anything to the rear and did you keep it in place?

    I don't remember seeing anything - would they have been obvious as under the leaf pack?

    No answer for your vibes, but I had the factory axles shims. I left them in there.

    @Rocky.Mtn
    Yes they sit between the leaf pack and the axle, If you had the factory shims you would have definetly seen them as the the center pin has to go though them.

    @sxe4533
    I’m not sure if you need the shims or not because the geometry has now changed with the new lift.

    I remember seeing a thread on TW that after a certain build date in the 2017’s they started to add the axle shims because of vibes complaints with the stock suspension. That may be why some people have them and some don’t.
    Every truck is slightly different so what may/may not work for mine may be fine on another.
    I did the ECGS so I ordered the carrier drop kit, if that doesn’t help I suspect the shims may be contributing to the problem bc the thick part of the shim is toward the back, therefore the angle of the diff may be pointing downward
