Does anyone have a deck board puller for sale or to loan me for a few weeks as I rip this old deck out.

 

You mean like a crowbar?
I actually googled that, and wtf, somebody bent a PAIR of crowbars to get the job done.
Never heard of one before. When I did mine, i used an impact screwdriver and pulled the screws so I could reuse the runners.

Yep, one of those. This deck is so old im pretty sure the screws are not going to come out easy but I do have the tools to do that and will start with it. there is 12 screws in each board which seems like alot to me. im just trying to save time lol. plus im not saving the deck at all. i want to get it all cleaned out and have a small slab layed. Part of it is nailed in as well.

 

I have a rear chrome bumper for sale from a 2013 tacoma. Hmu if interested, comes with everything, all the supports and plastics.

 

I have a trailer axle, ubolts, and springs for sale. $20 or some beer. Mainly just want it gone. Also have some fenders, but they're in rough shape.

Axle is 62" wide from wms to wms.

Speaking from lots of deck building a destroying experience, skip the gimicky crowbar, go buy a demo blade for your skill saw, run it along the joists and cut through whatever screws may be there.

Well, looks like I'm selling my suspension parts to 27superbike. I'll double check with him tomorrow to see if he wants the u bolts.

 

I have stock TRD off road skids for sale...pm if you want pics they will be coming off the truck tomorrow morning

 

+1 to what he said. By ripping the decking off, you'll either tear up the trusses, the decking, or both. Then you'll still have to cut the leftovers of the screws with the sawzall anyways.

 

If your deal falls through since he has a buyer for the full suspension kit let me know i have a set of ubolts off my 2014 OR tacoma sitting in my parents basement came from the boss kit from toytec. Would do 10.00 bucks for beer money! Also might have my stock set as well.

 

I just acquired a toytec boss leaf pack. I’d take those u bolts if the op finds s stock set!!

 

Currently moving into my new house. Ill check on the ubolts when i go to do another run.

 

I love my dremmel. Lol. It's not a chainsaw but it works. Hehe. Like butter.

Factory length to fit stock leaf springs from a 2012 leaf pack. I have my factory u-bolts from my old 2006 leaf pack but don't think they will be long enough. To fit these.
