It’s not who has the most expensive stuff or who goes to the farthest places. It’s about who has the most fun

The more interesting part is whatever was originally was there was orange. Note the orange reflection.

I also think there's some scenarios better suited for their use them others. Where I've seen them used well in videos is where a vehicle is going thru an area and one tire has good traction but the other is going thru muck or soft sand or soft snow/ice. The traction boards are put in place in the poor traction area just to overcome the weight or enertiamof the vehicle enough to get it thru. Anytime wheel speed is required to get through an area, I don't think the tractio boards are even well suited for, then people just think they're gonna lay them down in front of a tire, get back in the vehicle and gas it and magically make it thru.

That’s what I figured too but my bros showed up pretty quickly actually. Don’t remember exactly how long but way sooner than we antisipated. Maybe when it comes in we can get together with @diabetiktaco and do all three of them

Mine came quicker than mailing a letter from the next town. It's insane how that works. @Subway4X4 do you need me to pick you up the stuff to plumb it? I think it's only that one exhaust elbow and the reducer.

Totally agree. Been in scenarios they work and scenarios they don't. I still think they are a very useful recovery tool.

Well, looks like my wife will be joining the Toyota club soon. Engine on her Pacifica has a death rattle so we're going to look at cars tomorrow. She's gonna test drive the Camry and Rav4 and see which she likes better, and fits her needs better. I'm hoping for the Rav4. Either way she's going to enjoy going up to around 30mpg.
