    anyone that knows the laws or works with ups or fedex know if it is legal to ship liquor or alcohol to someone??? feedback wanted!!!!!

    As far as I know its fine man. As long as you are not sending a large amount such as to be resold. If you are really concerned about the old military trick is shipping it in a Listerine original bottle.

    From what I heard (and it may have changed) but if you are shipping to VA, shipping alcohol is illegal because the state has control over the liquor there... That is why there are all those ABC liquor stores there... (Lived there for 5 years and tried to have some wine shipped from CA to VA). Has to do with taxes...
