Well I pulled the hose off and there was no brass fitting. I put on a new actuator not too long ago. When I just tap the throttle the thing moves almost instantly. Like if you blink you miss it.

Is it in the hose, it has been known to come loose and get sucked into the hose a bit.

Power. From idle-3.75 it seems marginal over stock. From 3.75-redline it's like hitting boost with a turbo. Ass end sits and the front lifts up.

I don't remember seeing one on the new one, and I used a new hose. The other one was stretching a bit.

I got mine from Camelback Toyota as well, I think in like December/January. I did them when I replaced my whole front end suspension. I'll have to check them out tomorrow and I'll lyk if there's any play. Will they replace if they're bad?

@Blackdawg, I just learned something kind of interesting. The TRD installation manual (the actual TRD one not the one LCE doctored together out of old materials) shows a vacuum diagram where on 2RZs you boost reference the FPR. It doesn't show it on the 3RZ and it just occurred to me why. TRD only ever intended 4psi of boost and the stock 3RZ injectors can handle that no prob but the 2RZ has even smaller injectors than stock early 3RZ ones. So even Toyota recommends a boost reference when the boost goes up haha. I don't know why LCE removed that little tidbit (maybe to sell the extra injector kit they manufactured) but it is helpful to have an exact diagram for the whole system.

Hmm interesting. I don't remember what my install manual says. I'll have to look again.

Apparently, this is an issue on Tundras too.

    Same joint design.

Also @Blackdawg I did the FPR research for you. Magnuson says boost refrence it in their manual and TRD says not to. Haha now that's some confusing input. I still don't see how it could be bad to have it referenced but evidently someone thought it would affect emissions or some such nonsense.
