You would think. you would also think an extra fixture was an extra fixture rather than a 1/2 bath. I won that fight, but it took them 44! years to see that. Sorry no tax refunds. Sorry @Cativelense but I can't wait to not live here.

Looks like we skipped summer and fall. Snowing here and plows are out.

Morning everyone. Sounds like it's raining and windy outside. Still dark to see what's going on.

It was a layer of ice all afternoon yesterday and I am looking at about a 1/4 inch of snow right now. What is happening! I see snow, rain and ice all week in the forcast and not a day of sun.

Yeah I am really hoping trees don't start coming down, we've been lucky this year so far, but this ice and wind mix is not gonna help anything.

All I can say is good fukin luck to all of the marathon runners today! There is a STRONG headwind coming out of the east that was blowing my truck around on the pike, it was in the 30's and raining on my way in this morning. God bless them all, hopefully no one gets any serious injuries or illnesses from being outside and running in this crap!

Morning. Yeah, it is going to be a miserable for the runners (and spectators). I know a few people that are doing their first marathon today, they are not looking forward to it haha.

I'm sitting in my nice, warm office not even wanting to walk a block to go get breakfast, no way I'd want to be out running 26 miles in this. The wind is going to be a killer for the runners, hopefully at least that dies down.

Haha yup. I brought my stuff to run today thinking 'Oh, I'll be fine. I've been running in 15 degree weather all winter.' Nope. Not happening today haha.

A dealer did that to me a few months ago, before I got my Tacoma. I basically told them I was insulted by such a low offer and that they were off by 50% based off book value and the current market. Their next offer 5 minutes later was 40% higher lol.

When they do that I tell them "That's $6k under book value" and make them explain why, then give them my best "you don't think I actually believe that bullsh*t, do you?" face and tell them what I want for a trade price. Sometimes I walk. They almost always counter with a higher offer, and when they don't they call you a couple of days later with one

Agreed. That are going to be freezing. One of our friends is running. My wife and daughter are going to try to watch her run around mile 8. I do not envy her running in this crap.
