    Wow... Buy to build in zero flat. Nice looking project.Be interesting to see what you do with the bumper. The weather has been great lately, so I assume you have been "testing" some of your handy work in the great outdoors. Be careful with the rear bumper setup, since my wife still want to buy it for her garden Taco.

    I don't like how the front bumper was turning out so I'm going to use it as scrap. I just ordered the ebay front bumper. Should be here by Tuesday, next week. I'll have this rear bumper ready for you by mid April!

    Bilstein 5100 all around, first clip front. AVS window visors, BFG AT KO2s. JBL.
    Man, I've read some people being able to make a bit of adjustment by loseneing the bolts a bit, but that's some huge gaps. How's the quality seem otherwise?

    It almost looks like a gen3 bumper instead of gen2.

    The holes aren't slotted. I figure they're about 1/2" in diameter with a large bolt going thru so I can't imagine there being any more than 1/8" max adjustment. Others who have one say theirs fits much tighter. I'll be contacting the company Monday I guess. Other than this, build quality seems good!
    Still waiting on my front to arrive that's replacing the first one they sent that was dented up.

    Hmmmmm. Hadn't thought of that. I'll have to look at the label on the packaging maybe. I have the bumper/hitch ready for you but right now I'm working a 48hr shift and get off Monday morning. Hopefully I'll have some time to meet you Monday. If not, it won't be until Thursday.

    I added 3° shims to get rid of thiis vibration. It's about half as bad as it was but still there.

    I fixed the mounting of the rear bumper & it fits well now. I got my replacement front bumper delivered today & it too has a dent in the top tube. Tired of messing w/it. I got a 9.5 winch w/synthetic line. a light bar & 2 LED fogs to go in it so I'll be welding the frame reinforcement mounts Saturday & installing it all. Pics to come!

    Got the front installed but forgot to take pics earlier. I have the light bar wired but still need to wire in the winch and I'll be wiring the LED floods (in the fog locations) to the stock fog light switch. I figured why not, it's already wired, relayed and fused.
    Shitty pic for tonight. I'll get better tomorrow.

    Did the anytime foglight mod since I'm running LED floods using the factory fog switch and wiring. Took about 15 minutes and works great!
