My Nacho's turned out great, ended up having to do more chips/cheese the first two pans went super fast lol.

Ya use a real good pellet and you will get a better smoke flavor out of them, was night and day when I switched over.

I'm right there with you. This past winter is the least amount mine has been used during the winter since I got it. The few times I did use it I wasn't pleased with myself freezing. I have the thermal blanket (which I took off last week on our 72 degree day) so when I did the pork for the nachos Saturday I burned a LOT more pellets because it was stupid cold again.

    We've been waiting.

I've found on pork lately I am using a little less of the original and the pork is coming out with this awesome sweetness with only the tiniest amount of heat on the back end. If I add more the heat dials up which is fine with me but not so much with the wife at times.

Has taken my pork tenderloin game to a whole new level. Went to the local grocery and picked up a few tenderloins this weekend on sale. Normally $14-15 each but with the sale I got them for $4.96 each.

Good food grade pellet's are made with PRESSURE. You put in a whole tree and squeeze it till a little pellet comes out the other end.

a BGE is a Kamado style cooker. them vs competition is subjective, but they have a very large following. There is an upcharge for the green paint  Personally, i prefer red and would go Kamado Joe if/when I do.
