nothing yet, just tacked on the all weathertech mats and using the free factory cover on the back of it
so my truck got smashed up last week by a 20yr old girl on her phone, so i just saw the collision guy and he said needs a new frame and bed, so definitely will get totalled because frames take 6-8 mo to get in...
what to get now...a new taco, 4runner, tundra..blah, i dunno

my biggest issues is i need to have a smart key, auto climate control, bsm....1st world problems right?

if it has leather i want cooled/ventilated seats...prefer no leather though. i feel like i'm just going to have to order another tacoma...

funny, i just bought 5100 around and some ome springs ...brand new in boxes. oh and have predator side steps...glad i didnt put those on yet...just because i was waiting for uca's...guess i'll have to post those in the for sale section if i get something other than a taco

Shop around and see what' out there, no Tacoma has cooled or ventilated seats so you will probably looking elsewhere.

If I were to do it again I probably would end up with a 4Runner if I didnt need a truck. I need a truck through and have no place to put a utility trailer but maybe you do. I feel like the 4Runners we drove would be more comfortable for daily driving.

Get another Taco, no question. Now's your chance to change color, trim, or options!

4Runner limited has ventilated seats and smart key.
And you can get AWD/full time 4x4 with locking center diff.

Sorry to hear man, that really sucks. What happened and what was her reaction when she realized what she'd done? Was she found to be 100% at fault? Police report?

Keep a close eye on yourself as issues can happen up to a week or so after an accident.

4runner does not have smart key. It also has a severely dated interior which isn't the end of the world but when your spending $40K plus I have a issue with that. Colorado/Canyon also do not have smart key. I would get another Tacoma or wait & see if Ford brings the Ranger Raptor to the states but that could be 1-2 years away.

she was crying, my wife actually took the truck to work that day because i was putting new tires on her suv...so me and the baby were not there. the middle guy got crushed though on the highway. so that girl managed to total out 2 vehicles in one shot besides her own

The limited does. Mine did. When you walk up to it, the puddle lights come on and unlocks when you touch the door handle.

Sounds like you need a Lexus CUV. Good luck.

Forgot about the Limited. Figured he would be looking at Pro or Offroad though.

Yeah, we got rid of ours after a year and traded it for a trail because we liked the look of the front end, but it hangs too low and I scraped the bumper a few times on mild off-roading.
The limited is more of a street suv, and I couldn't get over the super skinny wheels and tires.
We are very happy with the trail, especially with the manual t case. Less electronics is better in my opinion.

Sounds like the full time 4wd might be good for you then.
