    We are meeting at 9AMish on the 4th and till 9th + extra one day for emergencies. So 4th till 10th. 6 days seems to be enough for such trip, agree?


    Still need to plan the route, camp spots etc... Will be sending all of the information, maps, times, locations etc closer to that day to everyone.

    Our group was only three trucks so we were able to pretty much camp anywhere but I definitly recommend using 46.437279, -77.617896 as a spot for a night. It was a beautiful spot with lots of room

    Depending on route and time, you can also camp here : (46.2698814,-76.2928293)

    It's an abandonned reception of and old recreation park. Then become an outpost for lumberjacks, and then an outpost for snowmobile. And then just nothing, and natives are tearing down the buildings, taking windows and wood pannels for whatever use they have for it. Big parking lot front of a river, or hidden camp ground, south east from the parking lot.

    Red: parking lot
    Green: campground
    Blue : abandonned reception
    Black arrow is toward the Zec du Pontiac reception

    I am only 2.25 hour drive to that camp spot from my house. o_O

    We have not even started exploring Quebec yet, I am excited to start. Probably wont be till next year though I have so much around me I still want to explore now that the truck is capable of it :cookiemonster:

    All reviews that I've seen are 5 stars and it works fine, but it's too big to carry around for me. Most of my gear is for backpacking.

    Why not to get something cheap and durable that doesn't have lithium batteries next to a fire :devil:
    You probably can make your own even, knowing your skill set.
