I have a ac hose and pursure set. We can check persure of the oil/gas/R-whatever it is to see if its low. Like stated all ready if its liw it will act up. If you run it to long like that new compressor is in your future.
The honda just gig a new one not long ago. Presure was fine no leaks, clutch failed.

 

Some interesting comments, some normal trash talk, but i didn't see anything out the norm.

So like @nDub said, that's a good sign. I'd avoid using your ac til you get it fixed though. You might have a leak. But it sounds like the compressor is operating properly. It's meant to kick on and off normally. It had to regulate the pressure on the low side so your evaporator doesn't freeze over.

 

Now that the threads locked how will I post my ass kissing comments to prove I’m a local homer?! Fuck.

 

I really want an option of a build thread that nobody can post on. Just the op.

Not sure what magic he has, but he held off on a build for a long time just so it wouldn’t get shitposted in. He even said in the OP air wasn’t welcome.

I was asked a couple times if I had a build thread. I do not, because for quite a while, I did not do my own work. Now I do a bit of the work, 'with help'. Still no build thread. Maybe in the future. But it seems a little self serving. There are hundreds of 2nd Gens out there far superior to mine that folks can check out.
