But what do you really think? I have no idea how the staffing issue is here. Two guards per unit seems a little light to me. I really respect those that do these jobs because I sure couldn't.

I’m in Missouri right now so everything is A O.K. My wife says it’s windy at our house too.
As far as pics go, I threw up a pic when I got the truck, but I won’t put any up now cause it has the name and number on it.

    Brake bias.
Turning the cable changes the pivot point between the two master cylinders. This changes how much brake is applied between the front and rear of the car.

Morning all, let's make today an uneventful Tuesday. The sump pump is still getting a workout from the over 3 1/2" of rain yesterday.

My daughter had a life lesson yesterday while she visits Hilton Head.

They went out to a diner for breakfast and she learned everything tastes better when served with biscuits and gravy! Must have been awfully good as I got a text with pictures from her.

Woke up easier today. Waiting for coffee to finish brewing and dragging my feet. Kinda breezy here this morning also. Suppose to settle down in a couple hours but Thursday is supposed to rip pretty good according to the forecast.

Guess my three boys' games might be washouts this weekend: baseball, soccer and football. Been like that since Feb. Why no rain during the week you ask...great question.

...sitting here reading on how to build a rock wall. We're kicking around the idea of making a rock pedestal for the big rock that is going to have the rock plaque on it for a memorial (so now I'm on the clock and haven't even showered yet). Probably 18" to 24" high or so. So now I have to go get a sack of mortar and a mortar tub and a new set of knee pads. This should be kind of a fun project. I'll be using some reclaimed rock that was used for planter islands in one of our boat trailer parking lots that I took out in January.
Any words of advise and caution will be highly considered and appreciated though I am using this article/page as a guide.

...or a good chunk of solid cold rolled. :boink:

We don't use much galvanized down here unless it's something you want to rust up solid in a few years. The minerals in this soil is merciless. I'm sure he'd be fine up where he's at.

I would use a stick of IMC. Costs less than rigid and a third of the weight. EMT will not hold up in heavy winds.

I probably wouldn't use EMT either. Those cheap flag poles are in the dumpsters at.work all the time just because of the wind and EMT isn't any better since it's made to bend easily. I think a big obstacle Chuck has is he can only attach to his fence so anything heavy will eventually break the fence or the mount.
