What are some things you guys like to always have on the truck for trips?

Had some time recently to clean up the truck. Haven’t been in the rear cubby since my cross country trip when it was packed.. removed the things no longer needed but kept most of fluids, maintenance parts, and miscellaneous stuff. Plenty of room leftover for anything forgotten.

I think the details on page one describe that this should stay a dudes trip. Expo pups allowed though.

I was planning on bringing my wife if she is able to go, but it's unlikely since she'll probably be working.

 

according to @bski22 this trip is for the boys

 

I think @Chux mentioned it elsewhere that it’s predominantly been a dudes trip

 

Because Saturdays are for the boys

 

I'd probably just go camping somewhere with Kara then if she's free. We get so little time to do stuff together with our work schedules, I wanna take advantage of that.

That said. My wife doesn’t enjoy camp when there’s a bunch of rowdy boys.

Twice now @Wheelspinner has come across super windy conditions at the Knob. Have you had good stays up there with light winds or are winds always a factor to consider?

 

All the way at the top, its pretty windy. Last time I was there, I didnt have my tent, so I cant attest to that.

Where @Wheelspinner took his picture, its not too bad. Also more room. Next to the top part, there are some sites with more brush coverage, which helps with the wind.

 

Again I’ll mention ladies are welcomed. I just hope they have a good time and don’t make your time shitty if they’re not. Previously was a dudes trip cuz that’s how it worked out..

If we didn’t just have a baby I would incourage my wife to go but she would most likely decline with the amount of dudes going and the amount of alcohol that may be involved..
