    No clue about Dorman. But knowing the metallurgical make up of the factory spindles, I doubt Dorman are much worse.

    285/75R17 on methods, Icon RR front with UCA, dakars with fox 2.0's out back. CBI Dakar Hybrid with homemade 1/4" skids. 4.56's with ARB.
    I checked the prices for Tim yesterday, a used low mileage drivers side spindle including a used hub is around 200, might be a bit more after shipping, like 210-215. I can probably get a doorman one (no hub) for about the same price

    The wheel is bolted to the spindle. They move together.

    That measurement won’t change unless something is bent.
