No, no, no! The griddle on the Jenn Air is supposed to be on the left side. The burner cartridge goes on the right side! :D

Haven't used the griddle on mine in several years now but they do work well. Have some bacon cheddar brat patties I need to cook but also have left overs need to eat up. And or freeze. Then again getting tired of the leftovers been eating them since I cooked them on Friday. OK guess it is time to shovel off the grill and go for it. Ugh. Maybe not.

Got a path to the gasser because that is where the grillgrates are stored. And don't want to shovel any more snow.

But after looking here I am hungry now. Should know better...

I made some mac and cheese with what I had...turned out decent! I like a creamy mac an cheese verses a dryer oven baked mac an cheese!

Salmon with shallots, garlic, tomatoes, and basil. Sounds like a weird combo but comes together well. Made some green beans too.

Lawdy. I’m still recovering from the last batch. So damn good but gotta be cool with that stuff, way too addictive. That was a great recipe, especially with the Gruyere and Fontina.

And this paring knife belonged to Bennie, my Dad's hired man. I think Bennie died when I was 5, 6, 7? I dunno. I'm 65 so this knife I'm sure is older than me. No name on it, but it holds an edge, and it feels goood.

I would like to point out that most of those knives, and all of the big ones, were bought for me by my wife many moons ago. Some see very little use. But, I love her anyway.
