    All right boys and girls.

It is almost two weeks out.

    Time to start some planning.

First order of business, camping areas?

@ChadsPride I assume TTC has planned where y'all would be camping?

@Overkill07 @TACORIDER etc same place as last year I would assume?

    @hoarder23 @Naveronski TTR camp I would assume?

@CarmenSanDiego and your bunch are at electric as you have campers and such correct?

Me, @trekker, @MellyMel, @Zac of all trades, @SuperBad, other DFW homies, same area as last year in the electric camp area, but more east towards the tree line?

@ElChingon you and FJ Zack/Zach however his name is spelt, same area as the past two years?

    I will say...

If he is going to try and get Camp High Rollers, Good Luck.

If you want to stay at Camp High Rollers for Jambo, bring ear plugs and a will to party and party extremely hard, extremely hard. That group brings out a party bus for Jambo. It is wild down there.

Just a forewarning on that for TTC members that have not been to Jambo.

There is a Houston group that has staked that spot out for years, technically everything but TTR camp and the electric spots are first come first served but there will be some butt hurt especially if you try to save spots for Friday arrivals.

Oh wow! I'm not too sure about the campsite names or really anything beyond that was his suggestion.

I will let @jlusmc comment a little further

    Totally understandable and noted..

Will be looking to get any insight as to where would be a good spot for us (assuming TTC wants to stick to the same camp)

I'm a member of SHR and currently I am the only Toyota owner (primarily Jeep peeps). I will be the only club member in attendance at Jambo and have club permission to use the site.

Mhmmmm true, that is why I am there on Thursday at 10am to grab the area that I would like, if you want around where I will be, be there early. If there is space, you can camp around me, if not, sorry. But I don't want to hurt feeling or anything.

Not sure how all that works to be honest.

So cannot comment on that at all.

I just know, what I know from previous years.

That may be but seeing as it is SHR's site and we (SHR) myself included built the pavillion and bathroom building at the site and the fact that BMRA gives the club first dibs for camping with removal rights I don't see there being much leverage for anyone else to dispute it especially if I plan on getting there when gates open.
All that being said, I'm not going to argue with folks about it (the goal is to have fun/not start a shit slinging contest) if they are there first I'll grab another location for TTC and update everyone asap. All we can do is try.

Thank you James. That's really cool to hear.

I'm sure there's enough room for everybody. Like you said, it's all about having fun

The whole park is rented out to TTR and Jambo for the weekend. If I was attending an event that SHR rented out the park for I wouldn't expect to be able to kick people out of TTR camp. On most weekends we can let the park know that we will be using our respective campsites and kick people out as needed. This is not one of those weekends.

I read it, just trying to explain why things are the way they are.

Xterra camp and Rover camp are less claimed. Without a large group arriving at the same time it will be hard to put a bunch of trucks in the same campsite. There are over 350 trucks pre-registered, most camping areas will have people set up in them.

FYI: re-reading my post, didn't mean for prev post to be rude if it came out that way.

Yeah I figured as much, heck my reg is #318. Was just going to get up there, try and see how it played out. It would be nice for the club since we're just getting off the ground so to speak and alot of us only know one another from the forum. BMRA has plenty of space for all of us. Hell I don't mind camping with other groups, good chance to recruit or be recruited. Turn every situation into an opportunity to better yourself or group in this case.
