Ohh not disappointed at all . It's a Cuban style pot roast recipe handed down from her grandmother that starts to get made the day before you eat it. Then the day that it starts to get cooked the whole house smells like Heaven. At least that's what I want my heaven to smell like. I can barely waddle my ass to the couch. When I can start to take full breaths again I will treat myself to a little Rum on the rocks . So no disappointment at all.

Hope you guys ahave a fun safe night .

Welcome! We have a really great crew down here. A lot of us are going to a cleanup in Reddington this Saturday if you wanna say hi. I know it’s kind of last minute, but it’s a good cause and should be a lot of fun!

Wanted to throw this out there, I work at Colossal Cave Mountain Park, over in Vail. If anyone ever wants to have a meet n greet, bbq, or even staging area for another trip let me know. We have a large parking lot in the back of the park with bbq area next to it. I can comp a free night of camping to AZTW members If I am there, which is 5 days a week as of now. So PM me if anyone is interested.
