Does anyone know if I would be able to put the powercore filter into the other volant intake system?

I am looking into buying the volant pro 5 intake system. I believe the part number is 18540. I have a 2014 Tacoma and 4.0. My question would just be what is the difference between that intake system and the volant powercore, product number 185406.

I hear Oiled Air Filters don't play nice with our MAF sensor as it causes it to read incorrectly once it gets oily stuff on the wire

So the powercore filter wouldn’t be able to fit in the regular intake system?

Appreciate man thanks for the info! Also would you know how to prevent the oil getting on the MAF sensor? Would just a through wipe down a little more often keep this from happening?
