Practiced my break dance moves on the back deck this morning as last night's rain froze.

 

I don’t try to miss anything per say.
I will not lose control over something.
Slowing down and moving over if poss. but no avoidance swerve.
I’ve hit two animals on my bike. If I had tried to avoid I would have been on the ground.
Squirrels,,, forget it.
Just show down some and stay straight.
You start whipping the steering wheel around your gonna involve other vehicles.

Yesterday is yesterday, can't change the past. At least that's what I'm telling myself. Today will be a good day.

One of these days when I'm being humiliated during my interrogation by Ms. WP, I'm going to blurt out; "Ef'em if they can't take a joke! I'm only here for the fun of it anyway!"

I guess she is breaking us down to mold us up into good soldiers. How long is boot camp anyway?!

Rain has finally stopped after two days.
Winds down.
My week has been crap so far with 300,000 mile rust buckets and body shop cars with junk yard motors.
Working for the weekend.
Might be able to get my pad finished and start moving things around.
Stay safe today and shuffle forward.....

 

And there lies my problem!

On another note: my daughter is evidently becoming a southerner quickly on her visit to SC. Last night I get a text and photo of her dinner: Fried Oysters and Catfish with mashed potatoes and cornbread...

They come home today - late tonight actually. So after the dentist appointment, I'll be picking up the beer bottles and bones from the wings strewn around on the end table in the living room.

At least I was smart enough to use paper plates so I don't have a stack of dishes in the sink... Prevents this:

Trust me, Mike. I'm pushing back hard. She's not liking it one bit, hence the stress. Someone is flying in from HQ, not even the mothership, but actual HQ tomorrow. She's with the ethics department and wants to interview me. I didn't do anything so I imagine it's about the arguments she has with the rest of senior management. They get very heated and I'm caught in the middle.

 

Well if that is the situation then you need to let them know what’s up.
Be honest and dam firm. Look them right in the eye and let them have it all.
Don’t let your guard down though....
I always said if your talking or thinking about shit that’s going on with someone and not working then that person is a hinderence to the cause.
Let that ETHICS PERSON KNOW I SAID THAT....
