    Good morning folks.

It would seem as though the memorial has grown in complexity. Yesterday I dug subgrade and layed down a barrier to keep the minerals separate from the pedestal. Today I am going to bring subgrade back up to grade with some ABC and compact it, then build the concrete form. Tomorrow is going to be a wash because of forecasted high winds. Friday we'll pour the slab above 4" above grade then next week well probably start working the rock. I have 3-6" concrete manhole extention rings that I'm going to stack in the middle that, when filled with material, will support the weight of the rock and give me something to stack and mortar decorative rock around to give me a symmerical guide for diameter and height. I'll probably let the tops run a little wild but over height then smooth off the entire inside with a few inches of decorative gravel to set the big rock on. The big boss told me to expect the plaque in a few weeks.

This originally was just going to be just a big rock placed on the ground with a plaque affixed to it.... I like a challenge.

Speaking of animals and bikes, I was riding over the mountain one morning and a dang havolina came running out of the bushes. Those things are pretty much blind. He stopped and turned around inches from running into the side of my bike right at the primary case. That was a close one.

Well, I’ve got my load delivering here in the Chicago area. They are unloading me while I’m sitting in there break room.
Usually takes an hour. Then I’ve got to go get my tank washed and reload tonight for St.Louis tomorrow morning.
Gonna be hectic trying to fit this little bit of work into the governments one size fits all rules.

Oh, and it’s supposed to start with rain here at noon, then turn to sleet and then snow.
    WTF????
It must be a fast moving storm, because it’s over by Des Moines this morning, so hopefully it won’t be much ice and snow.

Make sure you bring up her wonderful management of her health she lets you all know about :} Along with the micro management ... : :}If it was me I would have bullet statements and emails, memos all printed out and notes written :} Nothing scares HR types more then when it looks like someone has all the paperwork together for a lawsuit cause you know she is "Age Discriminating Against You" :} ....

In upcoming meeting, all you need to do is be honest and say what you witnessed with superior. Don't make this appear to be a personal vendetta, even if it is. Might want to throw some key words into conversation such as " creating a hostile work environment" and "demeaning one's dignity". Are other employees being interviewed as well, such as senior management? Or are you the scapegoat?
