Both of mine stopped working so I figured it was an electrical problem which it was. Turns out it was a blown fuse in the fuse tap. Oddly it was not the fuse that controls the seats but the other fuse in the fuse tap. For some reason, when that fuse blew, no power went through the other fuse which is not what I would have expected. I tapped into the trailer brake controller fuse since I wasn't using it so I don't know why it blew.

Hmmm. I"m going to check all fusses after work, and see what I get. But I thought it odd that only one of my seat quit working, so I'm thinking it my not be a fuse but I'm checking anyway?????

Both of my seats are tied into the same fuse tap but each has it's own individual fuse also.

Some people have reported a burnt connection under the seat. Might be worth a look.

Mine are aftermarket. If you have OEM, see the link in post # 106.

I believe I found it, It was a 7.5 amp fuse. I'll test it tomorrow morning

I wish I got heated seats with my truck. I did order an aftermarket seat heater setup for my previous vehicle, but never got around to installing it. I may whip by an upholstery place (there's one within walking distance of the house) and see what they'd charge to install it in my driver's seat.

For those of you that your fuse blew on your seats , did the lights still come on, on the dash???? (the 3 bar heat level light)
