    That means either you make the bracket and buy all the parts OR you buy a plug and play kit that comes with all the parts pre drilled , shaped, and ready for install.

    Think of the bypass valve as suspension. You have a shock for damping and a spring. You just removed the shock.

    I really wonder if the knock ovtune heard when he dyno’d my truck was from removing that jet. Maybe boost comes on sooner than the tune expected. I guess I cannot say for sure unless I put it back in, put the trd tune back on and have him do some more pulls with his equipment hooked up listening for knock. Only reason I think so is because he said there would be some light knock then it would go super rich.

    It's possible, or it could be the TRD tune starting to go lean before going into open loop.
    The restrictor jet just dampens the bypass valve so by removing it it slams open and shut instead of moving more slowly.
