    Only issue is that my company now is so small that I'd have to work shift for another 10-15 years before having a chance at day shift. More than likely a move is in our future at some point

    I don't know about you all, but I use night shift to catch up on important things, such as YouTube and Tacoma World haha

    I am also one of those unfortunate ones that rotates shifts. Things are super busy right now so a lot of one day turns happening. I barely know what day it is.

    We do, but we are being asked to be "flexible" right now. Starting up a new power plant is a lot of work.
