Don't think I've had a single one, mail or email, since I've owned my truck. Just the occasional 3rd party extended warranty offer.

No. I need the oil line and shutoff replaced before next year. My boiler guy wants to do it this summer and said it's much easier if the tank is low.

So, I'm below 1/8 tank right now. Didn't want to order 100 more gallons a couple weeks ago because then I figured I'd have half a tank.

I probably have just enough to get through now, but at this point I've been dumping 5 gallons in here and there to try to keep the tank at the level it's at.

18", it has the same wheels at the STX package. The higher trim models have 20's, I'm not even sure if you can get a 17" wheel on the F250 anymore. I know you can on the GM and Ram. My stock tire size is 275/70R18, nice 33" tire.
Power Wagon would have been perfect for that race but, that's what you get when you introduce James May...

I loved the 20" wheels on the F150, except they were 20" wheels so I'd never actually want them.

I have the sport package 18s:

I just filled my oil tank yesterday. Got another month of heating weather before we are done I'd say.

If it gets to the 50s and sunny I won't need heat. House heats itself during the day because of how the sun faces it and by morning it only drops to low 60s, or at least that's how it was last year.

I'm afraid to get 100 more gallons and then have too much oil for him to replace the shutoff. It's frustrating.

Could be worse; you could be driving around in a car, and then it'd smell like diesel for the next 6 months.

I'd be happier if mine had these; I think they'd look better with the dark blue body:

Instead I've got the chromey bling bling blinders.

But, they're easy to keep waxed so they shed the brake dust well. :notsure:

The ones with the grey spokes look nice.

They do, and part of me thinks that they'd look better with the dark blue that I have for a color.
On the other hand, the chromed wheels match my running boards and are fairly low-maintenance.

I'm not a fan of chrome personally. Too shiny and old man looking

Well that's why you drive a 5-year-old's truck that Rick Moranis zapped with one of his lazerz

    :stirthepot:

Not likely to be an issue for much longer though, since I'm looking at trading it anyway

Maybe, but I've got no payments so I'll deal with it.

Shrug. You chose it anyway. At least it's got better power than the G1 that you were driving before. And (contrary to what Rebecca has shown) it seems like it handles the snowy weather for your commute better, too.

Edit-Wait, you're at a new office now. How long is your new commute?

What year you got? I have the xlt chrome grille, front and rear chrome bumpers pulled off my 15'. I hate chrome and took them off asap, never been able to sell them. Might be up to getting rid of them for the cheap price of meet me somewhere in Maine that isn't too far out of my way when I go up this summer.

What made you swap for a Tacoma?

I'm actually getting better mileage in my F150 than my Tacoma ever got.

If you want my bumpers I know you are closer you can have them.

I also got better gas mileage with 33's, full skids, at2's and a few hundred lbs in the rear...while only driving in sport mode. The 36 gallon tank was fucking awesome, about 700 miles per tank compared to my 270 now. Also had way more space and tow power, which I loved, but didn't need I guess, so downsizing wasn't too hard. Also gonna buy a superduty in a couple years so I'll have all the big truck I need, and have access to big trucks whenever I want through family in the meantime.

    Anyways
    1) My doors wouldn't close in the winter, and they could not fix it.
    2) My windshield wipers wouldn't defrost ever under 10 degrees
    3) My windshield fluid would not shoot out any time under 15 degrees, even with de-icer in the tubes
4)Messed with my headlights with someone who did a shitty retrofit, fucked the whole electrical up, spent 3k with the dealer trying to fix it(that includes OEM LED replacements and new wire harness) and they couldn't and I was so fucking sick of it I could barely look at the truck anymore.
5)wife didn't feel it was a safe vehicle since the doors wouldn't close.
