Wasn't the DK kit putting a washer/spacer between the knuckle and the LBJ adapter? While the TC and Burg kit is bolted directly to the knuckle, it's just a big piece.
The Tundra kit pictured above is correct, except the kit Jqueener just put on his Tacoma used allens instead of the 6 points pictured above.

Both are between the knuckle and lbj adapter. Difference is burg puts the adaptor on top of the lca and dk puts it below in the stock orientation

    Yes
Yes, but how is that really any different than this set up ? assuming when adding that 1/4" spacer you use the correct longer hardware of course.

I am guessing its good to swap out these bolts every few years due to natural fatigue right?

That's exactly how my TC looks except with stock bolts, not allens. The difference I see is it's direct: bolt-adapter-arm. No spacers or washers.

During the bi-yearly maintenance when you replace the lower uniball make sure they're super tight. Mine have been on for a while.

There is something going on with the broken bolt in question. In the picture it looks like there is rust around where it broke. Like it's been loose, cracked and finally broke.
I know the Chaos bolt is pricey...like $75 pricey if I remember.

I dont really need full on long travel, just more travel then stock to make the ride off road better.

well you're not gonna pull more than stock due to the geometery of the stock length leaf packs and you're already SUA.

You could relocate the shock either inboard vertically or go outside the frame with the TC kit or Solo kit. But you'll probably only get 10'' vertical. You could tune the shocks to make it ride great though. Would kick your stock front ends ass anyways.

    Wouldn't be really LT though..

Not super familiar with 5 lug frame setups and if they are different though.

could do a shock relocate and better springs. I don't know who makes it, but I've seen a kit for first gens that angles them differently in order to fit longer shocks under the bed

I was also thinking of swapping to deaver 62 or something along those lines and staying sua. Just i dont want to cut into the bed, ive seen a few photos of guys with there shocks set up differently under the bed, and ive started looking into going out side the frame. Rn my rear end just beats me up and there isnt really any options for a 5lug so im looking to go custom.

Im not too familiar with the first gen options, but I believe most travel gains require custom work for you guys.
