    Got mine delivered today. Opened box....no neoprene sleeve....Hopefully they answer their phones tomorrow.

    Just opened my package. Same issue. Missing neoprene sleeve. One box, of the three included, was empty. The other two boxes had the attachments, hose, etc. It’s ready to use. But will update tomorrow after calling the manufacturer to mail a sleeve out.

    My only issue is that my darn Tonneau cover uses my bed rails, so i'll have to think of some clever way to mount it in the bed if that's where I want it.

    You'll need to make a bracket to lower it down...that's what I'm planning on doing. Should be simple enough with a piece of bar-stock and a drill press.

    yeah... that's my thinking. similar to what the backflip has. I have undercover flex - they don't have a bracket.

    Same here. No indication of backorder or out of stock when I ordered. Yet, no shipping notification yet after 3 business days.

    Well they really f'd themselves by handling the shipping themselves. Shipping label states "Costco" as shipper, but the address is Waterports address. So costco for the win... "Hey we will make you some money, cause you headaches of customers wanting what they ordered. Now you have 2 days to fulfill 500 shipments. Enjoy, and we (Costco) are not going to handle any issues customers have with the items, wrong orders, missing items... that is on you. Welcome to doing business with Costco. Enjoy your day"

    Got a response from my email inquiry to them. Super helpful. Also I asked if mine could be the camo instead of Black. He said no problem.

    In regards to an extra mounting plate, since i want to be able to tow hitch it sometimes as well. He said they should be available for parts purchase at the end of this month.
