    I have a 07 tacoma prerunner 2wd and i need to know what size tires i can run without stressing the trans. Im running 245 75r16 on a 6 lug

    6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
    I run 315-75-16s on mine and it’s been fine for 80000 miles.

    How much lift are you doing? Or none at all? Mine came from the factory with 265-75-16s

    315’s are what I’m going to in a couple weeks but 285/75/r16 have been fine for 90 k miles on mine

    How much do you want to lift or cut is the question. There are people running 37’s with the stock trans

    Could these have been dealer-installed? I've seen 245/75 and 265/70 from the factory, but not a 265/75.
