    Need suggestions on how to remove this cap. It screws in. Aluminum into steel. Have tried heat and big wrench. PB blasted too.

    Yeah, you’re not gonna hurt it any, just the pc but that doesn’t matter since you’re gonna paint it. I would imagine that cap isn’t they expensive if you do end up needing to replace it
