I like the look of the Utility model 3rd Gen tacoma so much I think I'm going to convert mine. I've seen a few around and they just look so good with the black front bumper. Also if you end up getting bumped into at slow speeds, there is no paint to repair.

I have a 17 PRO 6MT, so my 3 pedal truck needs met there. This would be for my farm. Waiting on color choice and pulling trigger tonight.

Deal done. Adding a second, third gen to the fleet, at the farm. Will by my third, 3rd gen.

    Paid $22,300. MSRP was $24,708.

Now I will have highest model and the lowest model :D

You did $1,000 less than what I was quoted on a similar truck. Is that 2wd? What made you decide to not get the back seats, didn't you need them? You're going to LOVE this truck! It really has a ton of stuff on it to only be an SR. I'm plenty happy with the power and mileage
    I'm getting too.

I haven't drove the 3.5 but I was honestly shocked by the 2.7 in this configuration. It didn't blow me away or anytning but when I was driving it I thought to myself "the hell are all those people talking about the 2.7 being underpowered?? This transmission shifts ok, I've had much worse in GM trucks"

The truck will be used on farm
    Two employees in front
    Two in back daily

Given the price difference on utility I didn’t care about seat belts

Going to put couch cushions on back for my employees from south of the border

    Yes it’s 2wd

    Can’t wait

I am MORE excited about my SR than I am about my poseur Pro

    I have a 2.7 in a 4 door
    It’s a dog
    It’s a good reliable dog
    Still a dog

My 3.5 in my 4 door nothing to write home about . It ain’t a 5.7l that’s for sure

That said the 2.7 in the Access or standard cab is the best combo

Of my 3 Tacomas I think the 2.7 Sr mated to smallest body is best suited

To me the utility package gives us way more options on how to configure our trucks. The cushions is a good idea and when you don't need them just take them out. Can't do that with jump seats and when I looked at them in another model i could tell they'd get in my way, even when folded up.

My 01 4 door is ultra rare
    No clock
    No tach
    Nothing. Uber rare Taliban edition

I wanted same in 3rd gen
    And this SR comes closest

    So I am happy
