Hey guys (and girls if there are any on here). I just picked up a '98 PreRunner as a trade for my '98 Camaro (best. trade. ever.). The guy that owned it before me has put quite a bit of work into it. It has:

    K&N CAI

    Running boards

Grille guards with mounted fog lights.

    Brake light guards.

Sony speakers connected to the stock head unit.

Dual exit exhaust with a high flow cat. (I don't remember what type of muffler, I'll check tomorrow).

and to top it all off, it has the power package :)

This truck is pretty bada** and I will get better pics tomorrow as soon as I get home. For now though, feast you eyes on these crap pics taken at 9.

Thanks for the welcome. I am a little confused though. I know my truck is a PreRunner, but it also has fold out seats in the back, doesn't that makes it an access cab too?

Thanks, my mom liked it too (I thought she was going to be mad). When I pulled up she fell in love :D

I don't think it's an xtra cab, don't x cabs have four doors?

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Nice truck bud. It the year that you have Toyota only offered the regular can and the extended cab. In the next gen up from yours they offered the 4 door option. So in the year of yours you have the premo mod.

hmmm half of me is a chevy guy and half toyota lol so the trade does seem fair but still ..lol... yeah pre-runner just means it sits like 4x4 but is only 2wd... your is extended cab...the acces cab is basically the same length as yours but has little reverse opening rear doors...they made reg cab-ext cab-double cab (full size rear doors) in 1st gens (yours) and reg-access-double in 2nd gens 05-up

+1, I would add that "prerunner" is a term for the two-wheel drive trucks that would "prerun" the race circuit before the 4x4s would race it-I guess for inspection purposes? Thats what I know it to mean anyway. Welcome here:) that is one of the tougher, nicer '98s Ive seen!
