I had sleep issues for years. Mostly unable to breathe freely through my nose caused by allergies and a deviated septum on one side. Did the sleep lab thing. Said I was coming out of a deep sleep more that 35 times an hour. What? Now I wear a stinking CPAP. Don't drink coffee. Don't drink lots of soda pop. With the CPAP I'm able to go to bed at 10:30 and get up at 5. That's a huge gain for me. Still need more. Need to focus on not watching tv or playing on the computer a couple hours before sack time. Reading is better. Anyway, good luck to you fellow sleep disorder sufferers.

Took my truck to Concord Toyota for Warranty periodic service. Oil change and the like. Drove away to a front end wobble in the 55 to 65 mph range. Gee. Perfect. Looked at the paperwork. A tire rotation was listed as part of the service. I had to go back to the dealer the next day to pick up some bolts I ordered. Went to the service dude who had help me and I asked, hey, you did a tire rotation. Did you balance them? Says he, nonchalantly, "No. You would have to tell us to do that because it would cost you." I just said, Oh, interesting. Guess I'll take care of it myself. Dumbfucks. I drove over to Les Schwab in Martinez and they did it for me free, in 30 minutes. Fucking dealerships.

Yeah, I have similar issues and was almost ready to do a sleep study when life just got too insane. Wife nudges me, you're breathing funny. Or I sometimes when I'm on my back, I can feel my through/airway closing up a I relax. My FIL had his tonsils removed, problem solved for him. I'd like to get down that path ASAP if I can. Really concerned about long-term brains issues. I'm already half retarded as it is.

.. don’t die in your sleep one day, man.

Sometimes that can be a pretty serious thing. Get it checked out, you cute little fucker.

cousin has to sleep with a machine. Sleep study shows he woke up over 16 times each night and stopped breathing for a total of 3 mins over the night. Scary stuff

Dude I know it. This was going to be the year of taking care of myself. Then Dad got cancer, and my "older" sister is going full retard on top of it.

I'm a fucking hand grenade with the pin pulled right now.

My wife is wearing a garmin monitor and is a total nerd and she is looking at sleep disruptions from our son (occasional bad dreams, freakouts, etc), and when and where it kills her sleep cycles. It is so obvious. Killing mine too, So this is on top of the apnea or whatever stuff. Really pretty fucked right now.

I don’t understand how in the fuck some people get a drivers license. We’ve had three vehicles drive through our traffic control and into our work area today! WTF :notsure:0E1C5ED3-668F-4900-9ED2-90A703378853.jpg1362C06A-447C-48E2-9F8F-FF29F8AA9992.jpg

Try a cpap right away. It's covered under insurance. Definitely worth a shot. It didn't work 100% for me, but I wear it every night because without it I was fucked.
