It was. There was NO american worker bashing by me. I am one of them (American worker)

When people started bringing up production in Japan, conversation led to what is that is creating poor quality products. Management, employees, suppliers? My question has remained the same.

For me, I can buy a Corolla/Civic and expect 200k trouble free miles. I can't expect the same of a Chrysler 200 or a Ford Taurus. Similarly, the Toyota bring produced in TX/MX, isn't the same quality as Tahara.

Lean Methodology...wasn't Toyota one of (if not the first) manufacturer to adopt Lean?

Well, just looked up prices of RV locally (100-300K seems to be range). If they are living in million dollar homes, 150K RV, 3 cars in driveway, college educated kids, guess smart enough to do something right

Never confuse material assets with being smart. There's a lot of people "look like they're living the dream" that are leveraged out the ass.

So not bashing American workers, just the products produced by American workers, I see.

Not sure what your problem is, as we often have a great convo and discourse.

I have asked WHY are the products poorer quality. Chrysler 200 vs a Corolla/Civic isn't the same quality/reliability. That is the example I have given. Corolla/Camry are all AMERICAN products by AMERICAN employees.

You are trying hard to put word into my mouth, that I haven't said.
    Good day.

No thank you. Don't know about RV, but know that boating people always say day they buy and day they sell, are their happiest days. Which I am smart enough to realize to stay away from :) No mortgages here, and I prefer to stay that way :)

    Two good articles:

    http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2014/0...ived-drop-in-toyota-tacoma-build-quality.html

"Many Tacoma forums, like TacomaWorld.com, have noted a drop in quality in the second-generation pickup as a result of the decision to change production locations several years ago. The truck was first built in Fremont, Calif., before being moved to San Antonio, Texas. Some say the trucks built in California had fewer issues than those built in San Antonio. The reality is more likely that those issues have little to do with location, but rather more to do with timing.

The second-generation Tacoma was conceived and built during the previously mentioned massive Toyota growth period. During this period when robots replaced humans, Toyota was focused on being the No. 1 automaker in the world and less about being the automaker with the highest quality. So could it be that robots are to blame for quality concerns about the Tacoma? Certainly Toyota seems to be implying yes, but experts like J.D. Power don't necessarily have the data to support that thesis yet."

Man I am starting to get really curious about what you do or did.
No mortgages, and I’ve seen you reference your impressive fleet of vehicles on occasion.

I’m just going to throw this out there. But if you need any kids, I’m completely adoptable..and I’m old enough that you won’t have to buy a minivan to transport me around in

So should I thank you for my buy back of my 95? I made out well with that, and feel that warrants sticking with yota.

Yes that is how I started. Very well could have dealt with me. Screwing the little guy and not allowing buy backs or providing very little money as compensation. I had one of the best numbers on the team ;) which allowed me to progress very far up the chain. Japanese bosses loved seeing $ saved and bottom line :D

These days I am supervising how to screw over (minimize loss in corporate jargon) victims of #meetoo movement.

I paid 9500 for the truck used, drove it a few years got 13.5k back for it. Win!

I am not sure any amount of money would work for me to be involved with the #metoo movement, but some one go to do it.
