So just put on an awesome Fox setup on the truck with the help of some friends and now I’m thinking about ripping it out to downgrade to 5100s 1 month later. Anyone willing to help me do the swap? Should be pretty quick as I’ll have the coils assembled ahead of time.

Also if anyone wants near new Fox 2.5 ET w/DSC COs and 2.0 w/ resi and adjusters let me know!

Not enough to have a build thread.
2nd gen I'm assuming? Why going to 5100s?

I had plans to run the truck harder offroad but it’s seeming like it’ll be mostly just fire roads and exploring rather then anything that’ll truly test the suspension to its max. Plus onroad I don’t need to have the best of the best, I’ve ridden on Bilstein setups in the past and liked them good enough.
TLDR: I think I went overkill and would like to downgrade and spend the 1k difference on sliders or a bumper

    K....

    Hey @pkang0915
Maybe you can buy this setup off this guy since he wants to get rid of a good suspension setup and get some billies.

Maybe some of the norcal crew can help get it handled at mod day:notsure:

I totally get it and I wish I had the money to do that too but my mod budget is tight and the money I recoup can buy me a dream set of sliders or a RTT that I’ve been saving for for some time now.

Been trying to keep track of tools needed. Can OP keep the first post updated list of tools needed and we can tag that person next to each tool? @MJonaGS32

Someone mentioned needing a welder (I instructed them to get in contact with you) and someone also mentioned needing the ECGS tool. @BudMan might need some pullers to help with his mods, but not sure exactly what he needs. If you bring them cool, if not, he can rent them at autozone for free. I already have a spring compressor.

I think I’m good on specialty tools. Assuming you have snap ring pliers. I can’t find mine... I also don’t have a torch

Also @MJonaGS32 do you have a press? I can do the lower bj’s at a buddies otherwise. Is @Moogle still bringing his adapter for pressing whiteline bushings into stock LCA?
