I am, I've got K&N recharge stuff from a long time ago, plan is to clean the cone up and oil it use that as a pre-filter for my snorkel when doing crazy dusty things like Citrus when it's dry, and then if it works out use the K&N tube to go between my FJ filter box and my Throttle body.

I figure I need the hood gone and those parts might work in non standard applications for me.

Roger that. Since you mentioned it, I'd also be interested in the stock induction tube from your T4R if you still have it. They are a lot easier to delete all the factory muffler bullshit from than the ones for the Tacoma. I was actually thinking about getting a CAI setup for the OGT just to run the induction tube from it to my factory airbox without having to replumb and vacuum lines and junk, but if I can get the induction from your T4R cheap, I'd deal with the replumbing.

Haha, geeze, seriously, if I had a place to store it, I'd just buy the damn thing from you and get it over with, but I'd need it to at least be a rolling chassis if I was going to as my uncle for the space. That is, of course, if I could cough up the cash for that with isn't terribly likely any time soon. What we were talking about in that PM about it being a damn near perfect platform for a badass trail rig has really been eating at me even if I can't really do anything about it, but there might come a time when I might have the resources and I hate missing out.

Haha, you're catching up to me. This is 6541 for me. We're both pikers compared to Frank though. We've got like a year seniority on him and he's got like 22k posts or something ridiculous like that.

I'm sure we all have our share of those, like BS'ing in the Classifieds thread, but I'm pretty sure Frank is active in a lot of other threads besides the Florida region, and he did get gigged for spamming when trying to drum up support for @SpruceTaco during that contest, so that probably accounts for a lot of his numbers too.

If you're a serious member though, racking up 50 posts isn't too hard. I think they just want to make sure you're ligit and not a spammer using the forum to hock your crap.

 

Soooo does anyone have a set of stock 6 lug leaf springs

 

I have a wore out set that came off @i30nes truck. I was planning on using a leaf out of them when the rear of the OGT was sagging but since I put the anti-wrap perches on and the 5125s, it's not sagging anymore. You're welcome to them if you want. I think they are even TSB springs, IIRC.

 

They are the TSB packs.

 

I'll take you up on that offer. Now I just need to figure out how to get it to me lol
