Driveshaft squeak, leaky output shaft seal

Sometime, but not always, my truck has squeaks when accelerating, up until about 30mph. After researching, it looked like the driveshaft could use some grease. I got under the truck to grease it up, but found out that since I have a Prerunner, there are no zerk fittings.
I also noticed what looks like a bad transmission seal. By this picture, it seems the tranny is dripping oil on the shaft, and flinging it around. Can anyone tell if this is the source of the squeak, or at least what the issue is with the leak?

Truck has 115k mi, and I flushed the tranny fluid at 110k.

115k on original u joints.... replace em with ones with zerk fittings, pump em with grease every oil change and never worry about squeaky driveline again.

Looking at your picture they are dry as hell.

The tail shaft seal is a piece of cake to replace. Do it when you have the driveshaft out for u-joints.

 

FYI this is the spicer u joint for the rear driveshaft that comes stock on the 4x4's.... that is the u joint that will have the cap zerk fitting

correct, same size as the prerunner joints but has the zerk fitting to grease em.

 

Check for warranty enhancement on the driveshaft. My Taco is 2006 and they just put new drive shaft in my under warranty enhancement at no charge. Mine was vibrating,

I had a similar squeak, I could've sworn it was the driveshaft... turned out to be the cable/chain that holds the spare tire up, might want to give that a look

I'll look into the warranty coverage, and replace them if it's not covered.

 

Unfortunately I am just getting around to this now. I'm pretty sure these are the correct part numbers, can someone confirm?
The truck is a 2WD double cab short bed.
