Washed it, vacuumed, and chased down some interior rattles. Also threw some offbrand sound deadener (duct insulation) under the carpet in the footwells. 0421181153.jpg 0421181158.jpg

Installed my rear tow harness and replaced all the clips that hold the harness to the bed. The tow harness has been removed since the bed replacement. It's all nice and tidy now

Haven't taken it out yet. I would think so because usually I shove a rag down there and it goes away. Will update after I drive it for a few days.

I have this annoying as fuck rattle in each of my front doors. Tried tightening the wind tracks on both sides but that didn’t make anything better. I think it’s the window glass causing it but I don’t know how to dampen it.

The exterior ones? Just replaced it last year since the rubber was flaking off. It happens when the windows are opened and closed. Happens more when they are closed.

Alright guys having a bit of trouble...

The center pin on my dakars is about 2 inches too far forward and I can't get it to line up if I center it...I know I got the right part # leaf springs, am I missing something?

Last time I tried putting leafs on I couldn’t just put the axel in place, it took a fair bit of work by jacking the leag spring up and lowering the axel to find the spot where they line up.

Should I line up the center pin in it's hole first and then connect the front/back of the leaf springs to their hangars?
