I've been wheeling with a torn axle boot for a few years now.

Usually we meet at either Stop&Shop or Dino's. Either is fine with me. Stop & Shop is a little bit closer to the entrance I use.

I really don't think it will be too muddy, it hasn't rained in a couple days and with the sun being out yesterday and today, i think it will be more dusty than muddy.

The mountain bike trails around Boston were still pretty good the other day before the rain so yea shouldn't be to bad mud wise...

I wonder how blown out the trails are from the winter... guess id just have to plan on using the sliders if we come across something nasty since I don't have skids...

    Hmmmmm

The need for skids at the place is limited nevermind sliders. The rocky hill is the only place you might brush up against a skid. Skirt the big puddles and you'll be all set. I've done most of these trails stock with only my oem turd skid.

As for pulling me out because I busted an axle.. I have some coming in wednesday thanks to @mach1man001 - I just need to make it to thursday

Should be enough of us with straps to pull you out hahaha

Ok maybe I'm ditching the umass car show to go wheeling...

What's the head count at now???

I hit the RI spot this afternoon.
Got some yard work done then with the SUN finally out was itching to throw a line in that first pound and hit a trail.

Going in is a lot rougher then last year. There is a lot of the trail with gully's washed out all down the middle.
You have to pick your side a little more carefully.
I saw one rock in the middle just set up perfect to take out an oil pan or rear diff.

I didn't want to go back out the way i came in with out amour, which may be here some day!
I had to go around and get out though the park but found gate 7 closed but gate 6 was open.
Saw a group of Cub scouts hiking, the Leaders looked at me like WTF let me in and then I saw the kids and they were pretty much looking the same way.

Next time I go or if any of you are game, it would be nice to bring some lopers or hand pruners because the are a lot of branches tickling the trail.

Which way did you go in? I didn't experience any of that the way I went in.
