    I actually bumped into the developer on my way out he had just parked his BMW 740. I jokingly asked if he wanted a tour, he laughed and graciously declined. It's different in a small city. Had this been Toronto there would have been security and cameras and signs everywhere. As long as your not fucking anything up no one really cares if you go into a subdivision mud pit and get dirty.
