They ended up keeping dad overnight in an advanced unit for observation. He has a very nasty bladder infection that is requiring IV antibiotics.

Yeah, I'd much rather go to bed early than miss the early morning hours. Quiet and peaceful, and did I mention coffee?

Morning friends! Finally a nice spring day on tap here. We'll be celebrating Dad's 86th B-day today. All of you guys with concrete experience - I need to replace a sidewalk, patio, and repair a crack in the foundation basement wall (inside done, outside waiting). When can I schedule you in?

One of these days I might get around to detailing the truck. I have a full bottle of Simonize Glasscoat ceramic coating to put on it.

It also moves early each weekday morning...

Hope he is doing well today and recovers quickly.

    :pccoffee: Good morning. More coffee.

35 here this morning took the dog out without a jacket on. Supposed to be 59 today and in the 50's everyday this week. Hope like hell we don't go from winter straight to summer I hate that.

Looking at some bird pictures yesterday trying to figure who comes through and when realized that everything should and will be green in a week or two. I give up, no way I can catch up to get ready. Do what we can I guess, no control over mother nature. Although not calling her a bitch now.

Those antibiotics work fast, and kick ass. Hope that they work for him and he gets to go home soon.

Usually up at 3:45 regardless of what day it is.
"Sleeping in" to me, is 4:30-5:00 , which is very rare.
