Eventually for sure. I like the way they look.

Saw one in person and the fit was spot on.

I'd really like some Mcniel +2s to go with it....but both of those mods are a long ways out lol

Just finished installing the Thinkware F800 Pro dashcam. Front and rear camera, GPS enabled, tracking enabled, hardwired, and has parking mode recording. The quality is awesome and I can access live feed from my phone and download files wirelessly from the camera to the phone.

Oh dude, that's really Nice! I may have to pick your brain about this sometime soon.

Can I see a shot from sitting in the driver's seat looking at the rear view?

It’s dark in my garage right now but the small rear cam on the back glass isnt noticeable when you look in the rear view. And from outside you can’t see it because of the tint. The front camera is hidden from drivers view behind the rear view mirror. Here are a couple shots of the camera output

    239CB1E9-2A5D-4EF3-986F-003DABADBF2A.jpg AEBA5C2A-8C45-48BD-B35C-E289AE8389B4.jpg

I’m still playing around with the camera settings, night vision sensitivity, etc

Edit: the rear cam is looking through limo tint (2.5% film)

Appreciate it! Took me a while to install since I wanted the wires routed as nicely as possible. The rear cam wire didn’t get routed through the headliner, I went across windshield, down the a pillar, through the channels under the kick panels, up the rear and over to the camera, that route also helped use up some of the excess length of the cable so I only had to roll up a small bit. And hardwire routed across windshield, down a pillar and to the interior fuse box and I used add a circuit. What’s nice is you can also unclip the main front camera from the windshield mount and take it out of the vehicle easily

Very cool! Makes sense to go down and around and use up the wire. I like it!

Grab and go, is that so you can download the footage?

It has a micro sd card that can be popped out and plugged into the computer (it comes with an sd card adapter and a USB adapter). The above screenshots were from my phone (via the app) accessing the footage wirelessly. But it can be removed if you are somewhere you don’t feel safe leaving it in or if you don’t want it sitting in the sun all day, etc. it’s very low profile too.

They offer diff products but this is where I ordered. You can choose material, color, stitching color, etc.

Ships from out of the country I believe and takes a few weeks but was well worth it. They are holding up strong!

I began painting the maxtrac symbol on the spindles. Yes I will be touching up with more silver and black, not everyone has a perfect steady hand lol. I’m using a VHT silver header paint and small fine paint brushes. Happy so far
