Just took one off, the other was really thick at one end and knew it was going to be a problem. Well not a problem but done at 2 different rates. 5 minutes I take the pork belly burnt ends out the sons ribs are already done. And gone I think

    Finished plated thinner.jpg

Costco rib rub with zero carbs. Different and spicy, think it will work well. Price is right, normally I make my own but don't think I can make mine for the cost Costco sells it at.

I trimmed these up so they're pretty even in thickness. I have the temp closer to 300 for this set. Only have about an hour and a half or so I usually like to go longer but have to hurry this cook a bit. I have some Montreal steak rub I sprinkle on. I'll have to see what's in the pantry for sauce. I don't usually sauce but I'm feeding a couple kids so I gotta sweeten them up a little.

I deal with human waste enough at work. I don't want to collect my own just to dump it on the ground or in a hole later and have to deal with cleaning a container and all the modern inconvenient conveniences.
