How many chickens do you have?

I want to get some. Might build a coop this year, get them next spring.

Got out of that cheap, then, comparatively speaking. When I was in high school a buddy of mind got stuck about 3 miles down a discontinued logging road in West Bumf*ck and it cost him nearly $400 for the recovery. And that was 15 years ago.

All of them, it feels like.

18 or so. Plus 4 ducks and a goose, who have their own coop. I had more, but a friend of mine had his coop hit by a weasel this winter so I donated 6 hens and a spare rooster to the cause. And I've got a few roosters that I need to cull; last year's hatch had 5 of them, so even after giving one away I've still got 6. This time of year they're feeling their wheaties and my hens are starting to look a little ragged, lol.

So those roos will go to slaughter when I send the broilers, who are scheduled in at the end of next week (for another 15 birds). Fortunately, I only have to deal with them for 8 weeks.

I use that and really like it. Seems to wear pretty well in my opinion plus, I love the shine it gives you. I only washed the truck, haven't had time to get a coat of wax on it yet.

We're 1600 people on the Vermont border and we have street lights. I think it's totally unnecessary and the town has financial problems, being within dollars of their levy limit. There's one simple thing that will easily save a few bucks that no one will miss. Apparently people in the town advocated doing away with them years ago, but the town refused.

I may have to try it. I don't wash my truck much, but when I do I usually go all out.

I hate that they don't wax trucks at the dealerships when they sell one now. They just spray it down with that rinse-off polish shit that makes them look shiny for a day or two but doesn't protect anything.

Hopefully it holds up well. I really like the liquid glass because it adds so much protection. The GF scrubbed the nose of her Mustang against the garage door last summer, hard enough to transfer paint from the metal flashing onto her car, and it buffed right off with zero damage to the paint on her car. Not quite as good as a ceramic coating, but a hell of a lot cheaper.

And now I can talk all redneck-y, since I've got me a whole fleet of Rams (temporarily, until I sell the plow truck)

Yea, the kid said he normally charges more for that size but felt generous. My coworker with the 2wd Tacoma who I had to pull out said a towing company offroad recovery vehicle tow would have cost him about $2k. Which they basically start charging you the $200 an hour or whatever right away

Wasn't enough room for that, i barely had room to try and pull. The Jeep that showed up anchored to a tree and hooked the snatch block to the truck, and ran the winch cable to himself, came out after some good tension got on the cable
