    Nice! The area where my sis lives seems to be pretty nice. Looks and has the feel of an older section of town. Her street organizes a parade for the kids on Halloween. They go up the entire road, and at the end every kids gets a certificate for best whatever costume they are wearing, every single kid. It was awesome. Some of the peeps there are pretty creative. It was a good time.

    Both. They distribute locally from that warehouse, but if my warehouse in Virginia (for instance) needs a tire from there we can transfer it. And vice versa.

    We've noticed a slowdown in business out of that warehouse, now that the Canadian dollar has dropped back to its normal value again. A couple of years ago when it was so high there was a ton of rubber moving over the border.
