I wouldn't be surprised if they got more orders than anticipated. Mine is 'order received' as well. I'm not in any hurry though.

Just pop out the nuts on the t-nuts and take off the thick plastic hot glue they used to keep the bolts in the t-nuts. I was getting very annoyed thinking "why would then send wrong sized bolts" until i did that. Then it all was smooth. Also, DO NOT FORGET to use the carrier washers.....I thought they were not needed for bed rail, but if you do not use, it puts a lot of stress on the rail, and also has the mount crooked.

I do wish they made the plate a little lower so it does not sit above the bed, but that will just be a mod I will do in the future.

Your nuts were glued in? Mine weren't. Hence the fight to get them in the bedrail and the bolt on. Still think chucking them and using steel t-slot nuts is the easier solution.

@Nukes_Taco just posted this in the What Did You Do... thread. No idea where it came from or how old it is though.

Ordered mine on Monday and received it today with no neoprene cover.Mounted it to bed rail. I have a shell, and its kind of tight getting it in and out due to the shell bed plate. A little grinding of that should fix it.Its great though!

So... after I called Costco and asked about my order, it finally appeared to ship today. This was after I was initially told they had lost my order. Ordered it this past Monday, looking at a delivery date of this coming Monday.

Thanks to OP and @cemented for thank heads up on this. I ordered on Monday and received yesterday (Friday). The contents of the box were similar to recent posts - 3 smaller boxes with one empty slim box and no neoprene sleeve. I will email direct to get a camo neoprene sleeve.

I plan on mounting mine to the bedrail and I will follow up with figment with my Snugtop shell.

Edit: I emailed Waterport and Colin responded within the hour with an apology and will send it out! Excellent service.

Finally, here’s the pic installed. Note that I mounted it high to fit my storage bins.

Good to know it will not fit under a tonneau. I’ll probably come up with some drop down mount

Does using this cover the cubby or outlet? I'm interested if you start producing.

It’s the water ports design I’m sure it’ll be on their site soon

Finally used yesterday. 1) Spray handle broke/snapped 1 second after using it.... 2) Anyone else have concerns of the sheer weight of the tank being held on the track system? Seems like a good amount of weight/stress to be bouncing around on the rail with driving.

Received mine this morning. Came with an empty box which I assume was for the cover. I also could not get this to mount to the bed rails with my softtopper. There is not enough clearance.
