Slip yoke shouldn’t change much if anything. It’s only required for when the suspension droops out to stop the driveshaft from plunging into the cb

I'm working on it. I ordered to much shit at one time and it's taking me to long to finish it. I'm going to be gusseting everything once I get more time.

Dude...I hate to point this out but if you think it was taking too much time then you just shot yourself in the foot because now you have to completely remove the LCA's to do the cam tab gussets, completely remove the UCA's to do the double shear gussets and completely tear everything apart to remove your spindle to do those gussets too...so, you actually just caused yourself another complete tear down and re build...happy 420...

I know this but I only drive my truck in the summer because all of the parts hot glued to it would rust off right away. I know I need to gusset everything up and it's on the list. But after looking at my truck on the lift more than on the street the last 2 years, I'm kind of sick of not driving it. I'll be to busy this year to make trips to the dunes in silver lake to beat on the truck to the point of needing the gussets. So this summer it'll pretty much just be a daily driver to work and back. If I wasn't so busy and was able to take the truck on some good off road trips then I would have all the gussets welded on but it'll be the first things I do next winter. Along with boxing the frame in and building a cage. It'd be different if I was rich and could afford to have someone else build it but I've been slowly buying shit to put on this truck and it all takes time. Wish I wasn't so busy with work and family life that I could spend a good week to finish it all at once. The only time I can work on it is from 4:30 am to 7 am before work starts. And I just want to be able to drive the truck around that I love even though I can't really beat on it yet.

    I feel your pain bro.
Mine is slowly going from a wrecked weekend lifted stock ride to a LT build.
Front is getting close then make my way to the rear.
    Neverending story.

Shackles can probably be bandaided with a couple washers and longer bolts. Bumps need a strike pad of some sort one way or another, and may need to be relocated based on where it looks like they are bumping at.

Other than that, how is it riding? If shackles are the correct length apart and shocks are valved close, I don't see this as being too major of a fix

Yes you need tc shackles so they dont rub, they are the only ones with with wider pivot at the top and designed that way. Mine are and they dont touch the frame.
