Finally got my methods and wildpeaks mounted and they look great! Only problem is I have a vibration at highway speeds now. I have had the tires completely rebalanced including doing a “road force” balance on a newer hunter machine and although better I still have a slight shimmy over 60mph. Any ideas? Could it be the lugs nuts I got from Amazon?

One of the assemblies took 200grams, one took 100grams and the last 2 about 50grams. Yes I know it’s weird saying grams as far as wheels weights are concerned, but I work at a BMW shop and everything is metric!

I see you have Falkens, I have a similar issue but I just learned to live with it after going back for rotations/rebalances several times..even had them send back a tire.

I'm starting to wonder if it's just this tire?

Check the date code on your Falkens to make sure they werent sitting in a warehouse for a long time. Stacked tires that sit for a while tend to warp a little. Next, check for proper torque specs on your lugs, for some reason its super important for these trucks. If the vibration continues, rotate your tires to see if you can isolate which one is giving you the problem.

I had a bad experience with another MHT wheels brand, they had the lug holes drilled off center so the wheels all wobbled and at higher speeds, it felt like a bad vibration. No matter how I bolted the wheels on with the cone-seat lugs I couldn't get them to run true. It drove me nuts. I returned them (second set in less than a month) and bought SCS instead.

I'd check runout with the wheels mounted on the truck using a dial indicator. It sounds like you have access to a shop and lift and things, so this should be a cake walk.

Edit - your lugs are fine.
